The journal of the Association of Tertiary Learning Advisors, Aotearoa/New Zealand. Special issue reporting on a comprehensive research project conducted by Caitriona Cameron (Lincoln University), comprising four parts: (1) Building a profile of our profession, (2) Acknowledging our contribution, (3) Rewards and challenges and (4) Appendices. The project highlights TLA's social responsibility and collegiality and challenges members of the profession to make their contributions to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning more widely-known.
