Reflecting on nearly 30 years as a learning advisor, Robyn McWilliams charts the profession’s evolution from 1:1 support to collaborative, assessment-focused teaching, online delivery, and GenAI integration, with a view that such changes in learning advisor practice can help sustain our profession into the future.
