Josta reflects on a career spanning four decades from lecturing to learning advising at the University of Auckland and AUT, marked by a passion for helping students succeed, doctoral study on the evolution of universities and the challenges of doing learning advisor work, the emergence of GenAI, and what she enjoys doing in her free time.
